This project started with the study of ‘Museum Meaning’ as an exchange student in the faculty of arts and culture, Maastricht University. NL. Understanding the trending of a museum and a broad variety of needs in a narrative way, I proposed a new paradigm of a museum as a spatial designer. For example, the future of museums will be on the social networks which allow a new form of communication; sending and replying messages about the visitor’s interests. Museums should also be considered in terms of space. ‘Object.ing’ is a museum pop-up pavilion consisted of 3 spatial elements which represents Museum, Artist and Visitor. It forms a 2 floors cube-shaped box as a basic module. According to museum programs, artists’ artwork and visitors’ interest, the pavilion itself can be designed with different combinations.
